Andrei came to fix my main water line that had bursted in several areas. He was very knowledgeable and experienced as he fixed the pipe and installed a shutoff valve very quickly. I was very pleased with the work and was thankful that Andrei was able to come almost immediately after I requested a plumber to come to my house during this freeze. Once again, tipping Hat has exceeded my expectations and I will utilize this company again. Thank you very much Andrei!

Great experience. Ricky has gone above and beyond. Him and Jordan came out on the coldest day in years and got the job done and we’re very courteous of my home and the outside temps while they were working. The first company I got an estimate from used scare tactics and were crazy overpriced so I am very thankful I got a couple opinions and very happy with my decision to go with Tipping Hat.

Fabulous service with dedicated employees. The crew on the first day worked until 930 at night to seal up my sewer repair. I highly recommend them. Job was done professionally everything cleaned up at the end was able to get the service expeditiously on the calendar. Excellent.

Andrei arrived about 30 minutes early for what was to be a routine flush of our 17 year old gas water heater tank. Problems ensued and we ended up needing a new water heater tank. Fortunately he had one on his truck which had positive online reviews and we authorized him to proceed. He communicated very well with us and was sensitive to our situation, leaving us without water for only about an hour. When he finished, he explained about the water heater and we agreed to a longer term maintenance plan. Very positive experience overall.

Jay was great to work with. He came over, after hours, to access our problem so he could get ahead of it for the next day. Everyone at Tipping Hat was professional, friendly and understood our sense of urgency. We will use them again.
